Monday – July 2, 2018

  • Fáilte Ireland! Arrive Ireland and begin to explore the Emerald Isle

  • Visit the monolithic site of Newgrange en route to Belfast (D)


Tuesday – July 3, 2018

  • Belfast  City Tour:  Stormont Parliament Buildings, City Hall, The Belfast “Peace Wall,” Titanic Museum tour (B, D)

  • Optional: Belfast Cathedral Quarter Pub Crawl


Wednesday – July 4, 2018

  • Today we will explore the world-renowned north Antrim Coast, Giant’s Causeway, Dunluce Castle,  and Bushmills Distillery

  • At Bushmills enjoy a distillery tour and whiskey tasting   

  • This evening you will return to Belfast and enjoy a special “Leaving Dinner “with wine pairings. (B, D)

Thursday – July 5, 2018

  • Today we will make our way to the only walled city on the Island of Ireland: Derry/Londonderry.

  • Derry guided sightseeing tour: The Guildhall,  Londonderry City Walls, and “Free Derry”(B, D)


Friday – July 6, 2018

  • Travel to Achill Island via Knock Shrine (know as Ireland’s Lourdes).

  • Scenic drive along the Wild Atlantic Way into Achill Island

  • Official reception by the Áras Forbairt Acla, (B, D)


Saturday – July 7, 2018

  • Optional: Achill Half Marathon or 10K (fees included if you are to enter)

  • Boat adventure to Innisbeagle 

  • Special Meal: “Famine Meal” introducing traditional Irish foods with continental wine pairings


Sunday – July 8, 2018

  • Sunday Mass

  • The Achill Experience

  • Atlantic Drive Island Tour: Keem Bay, Keel Beach, Slievemore, Minaum and the beautiful villages of Dooagh and Dooega.

  • Optional: surfing lessons (Ireland is known to surfers around the world for her waves)

  • Special Traditional Irish Dinner and Sing Along!


Monday – July 9, 2018

  • This morning make your way to Croagh Patrick and do a little penance

  • En route to Dublin we will stop in the lovely town of Westport

  • You will love the vibrant, youthful and energetic pace of Dublin.  Evening stroll around around Trinity College and the lively Temple Bar district.


Tuesday – July 10, 2018

  • Hop On/Hop Off tickets to explore Dublin at your own pace

  • Optional Visit  to the Dáil Éireann (Ireland’s Parliament) for guided tour and Prime Minister’s Questions

  • Special Going Away Meal


Wednesday – July 11, 2018

  • Depart for home.

Tour Cost: $2799 + Airfare

The cost of the tour is based on double occupancy.  If you would like to book a single room there is a $800 single room supplement.

The airfare will be approximately $1000. 

Payment deadlines:

1.     $1000 Deposit due at time of registration

2.     Friday, April 20, 2018 - $1500 is due

3.     Friday, May 25, 2018 -  remaining $299 is due (+ airfare if you choose to travel with the group)

        * The single room supplement will be billed with the final payment if that option is chosen.

What is included?

  • All transfers and all ground transportation in Ireland/Northern Ireland

  • All accommodations in centrally located 3 or 4 start hotels

  • All fees related to activities listed on the itinerary 

  • Admission to all sites on itinerary

  • Full Irish Breakfast daily

  • Excellent dinners; allowing for choice whenever possible
