Thank you for registering for the Celtic Christmas Tour.  Your registration will be complete upon receipt of your payment. Please mail your payment within a week of registration.

 

Payment Options

Every family is unique in how they pay for and/or finance their trip.   We accept checks, credit cards and debit cards issued in United States.  Registration is not considered complete until the receipt of payment. 

 

Paying by Check:
Checks can be mailed directly to our mailing address.  Make sure to write the tour participant’s last name and “Celtic Christmas Deposit” on the memo line of your check.  Checks are to made out to AFAR & AWAY TRAVEL, LLC.  Our mailing address is:

Paying by Credit Card:

If you indicated your would like to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express a secure payment link will be sent to your preferred billing email in 24 to 48 hours of your registration.   If you choose to pay for your trip through your credit card you will be charged a 3% convenience fee per payment.   For example: If your deposit payment is $1000.00 you will be charged an additional $30.00 for a total charge to your credit card of $1030.00.

 

Celtic Christmas has three payment deadlines:

1.     $1000 Deposit due at time of registration

2.     Friday, October 27, 2017 - $1000 due

3.     Friday, November 24, 2017- the remaining $1199
