Pilgrimage Co-Director: Fr. Nick Albin, SJ
Fr. Nick Albin, SJ, is a Jesuit priest currently serving as the Assistant to the President for Mission at Creighton Preparatory School in Omaha, Nebraska. Previously, he taught mathematics and theology at Walsh Jesuit High School in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. He has a passion for Jesuit education and for helping people discover their God-given gifts and talents, while guiding them to grow closer to Christ.

Originally from the Washington, D.C. suburbs, Fr. Nick encountered the Jesuits during his undergraduate studies at Xavier University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has also earned a master’s degree in social philosophy from Loyola University Chicago and a master of divinity from Boston College.
With a passion for travel and exploration, he has accompanied students on pilgrimages throughout Spain, France, and Italy during his Jesuit training. He is praised for his joyful presence and warm hospitality. Outside of his studies and ministry, Fr. Nick has enjoyed acting and improv work with the Second City in Chicago and Improv Asylum in Boston. He was also inspired by his Jesuit companions to take up running and has completed the St. Louis, Chicago, and Boston marathons. Fr. Nick also loves cooking, arranging charcuterie boards, making ice cream, and sharing meals with family and friends.

Pilgrimage Prep

To help pilgrims prepare spiritually and intellectually, Adam will curate a dedicated Pilgrim’s Resource page, which will go live on June 1, 2025. This will include several introductory videos, helpful resources, and useful links. Throughout the pilgrimage, Adam and Fr. Nick will lead daily brief seminars, providing insights to help you reflect on and deepen your understanding of the sites you’ll visit each day.
