Seminar Director: Rev. Liz Nau
Rev. Liz Nau is a retired United Methodist pastor, contemplative spiritual director, retreat leader, and teacher known for her warm, inviting presence. With certificates in Spiritual Direction from the Ignatian Spirituality Institute at John Carroll University and in Formational Prayer/Inner Healing Prayer from the Institute of Formational Counseling at ATS, Liz blends deep spirituality with a joyful approach.
Her passion for pilgrimage has led her to walk the Camino de Santiago, explore Celtic pilgrimage sites in Scotland and Ireland, and journey through sacred lands in Greece, Israel/Palestine, Germany, and beyond. She teaches classes in Celtic Christian Spirituality and Pilgrimage at the Jesuit Retreat Center in Parma, Ohio, and has guided pilgrims on transformative journeys to Iona and through Spain. Liz is also a Veriditas-certified labyrinth facilitator and enjoys integrating body prayer, art, and the Spiritual Exercises into spiritual practices. With a heart for guiding others, she directs silent retreats and provides spiritual direction, always with a spirit of fun and discovery.​​​​​​​​
